Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has another issue caused during shipping or fulfillment, Velnorax will cover the return shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be:

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
